We are proud to announce that ARKA ADRIAN TRADING COMPANY is ready to provide services to its customers in the field of export of RESIN accordance with modern standards and competitive with the best resin brands in the world at a reasonable price. The types of resin are as follows:
According to the length of the oil, alkyd resins are divided into three categories: long oil, medium oil and short oil, which are used in various industries such as construction paints, decorative paints, anti-corrosion primers, varnishes and inks, furnace paints, car paints and etc.
Unsaturated polyester resins
These resins are classified into two categories of isophthalic and orthophthalic resins that can be used in various processes such as manual layering, resin spraying, casting, paltrogen, SMC and BMC. These resins are used to make a variety of composite parts, including FRP and GRP pipes, boats and floats, as well as the production of mastic, stone putty, coat gel, fiberglass, and etc.
They are divided into two groups: Resol and Novalac. Phenolic resins based on alkaline catalysts are called resol. These resins are mostly used in the production of abrasives, refractory products, as a refractory in the production of carbon-magnesite bricks, as adhesives in the production of wood parts and electrical insulation, non-dry industrial adhesives and varnishes for cans. Phenolic resins based on acid catalysts are called Novalac and are used in the production of abrasion resistant materials (cutting stone and saw), brake pads, shoe adhesives, various industrial felts, foundry industry and resin sand production.
It is used as electrical insulation in the electrical industry (production of lamp caps, electrical control parts, etc.) as well as gas meter parts and home appliances.
The application of this product is in paint and resin, cosmetics, textile and fiber industries.
Solid epoxy resin
Used in powder paints. The main properties of these resins are their high chemical and mechanical resistance.
Due to their thermal stability and high resistance to ignition, these resins have various applications in the casting industry and are used in the production processes of various types of muscles such as heat shock (hot shock), hot method (hot box) and cold method (cold box).
These resins are used to make furnace paints with non-aqueous alkyds, to bake epoxy resins, thermoset acrylic resins, saturated polyester resins, nitrocellulose and acid-hard coatings. Colorlessness, excellent resistance to solvents, hardness and excellent abrasion resistance are the characteristics of this group of resins. Also in the wood industry, air-dry varnish can be prepared from a combination of this group of resins with short-lived alkyd resins.
Vinyl ester resin
These resins are used in various industries including FRP and GRP pipes, tank storage and construction, manual layering, and RTM industries.
Saturated polyester resins
Liquid base polyesters are used in sheet metal coatings, Can Coating, Coil Coating, automotive paints and solid impregnated polyesters in the automotive, industrial machinery and home appliances industries.
Liquid-based acrylic resins, depending on their type, are used in the paint, concrete, adhesive, textile and other industries.
